1. Nature of content
Products, images, specifications and prices on this site are for reference only. Final specifications, prices and lead times are governed by the signed contract or formal quotation.

2. Colour and tolerance
Ceramics are high-temperature fired; reasonable colour variation and dimensional tolerance (typically ±2%) exist between batches. Images may differ slightly from the physical product due to display settings and do not alone constitute grounds for a quality claim.

3. Intellectual property
Images, copy and 3D models on this site belong to us or the respective rights holders. Bulk scraping, copying or commercial reuse without written permission is prohibited.

4. Orders and payment
Orders take effect once the quotation is confirmed. Bulk orders require a deposit at the agreed ratio, with the balance settled before shipment, per the order terms.

5. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by natural disasters, regulatory action or transport interruption.

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are settled by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court at the seller's location.
